Seats fill first-come. Lock yours before they're gone.
You didn’t get into healing work to
run out of things to offer.
Massage therapists arrive with hands and backs already paying the price for the way they were taught. Yoga teachers arrive sensing there’s deeper work to give. Plenty of students simply watched someone they love hurt and wanted to be able to help.
There is an older tradition. An Indigenous, hands-on healing art, practiced for thousands of years, that works with the body: no oil, no table, nothing but trained hands. You stay clothed. You work on a mat. And the person in front of you gets up looser and calmer than they lay down.
In two days, you can learn to give it. That’s not a slogan. That’s the curriculum.
The work itself has research behind it. A systematic review of clinical trials found traditional Thai massage was associated with reduced chronic pain, greater flexibility, and lower perceived muscle tension, while noting more research is needed on longer-term effects.
These services are traditional bodywork and wellness practices, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult your physician for medical concerns.
“All yoga can be therapeutic.
But not all yoga is yoga therapy.”

“I’ve never done bodywork.”
Good. No license, no experience, no background needed. Beginners start here every cohort and leave able to give a full session.
“Can I really practice after one weekend?”
Yes. Under the NAIC Legal Shield, members may legally practice what they learn, in all 50 states. Full CTP certification comes later if you want it.
“I’m not in great shape.”
You’ll kneel, sit and move for stretches at a time, but it’s paced, supported, and scalable. Move a little this week and you’re ready.
