Privacy Policy

Effective July 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Healing Warrior Arts (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 20150 Cortez Blvd, Brooksville, FL 34601, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit healingwarriorarts.com, book a session, subscribe to our newsletter, or interact with our advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).

By using our website or submitting information through it, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data your browser sends automatically.

  • Contact and booking details you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number, requested service, and preferred session dates and times.
  • Newsletter sign-ups: your name, email, and (optionally) phone number when you join our mailing list.
  • Messages you send us through contact forms, email, or reviews you choose to submit.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
  • Advertising interactions: if you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram ad or lead form, Meta may share the information you submitted in that ad form (such as name, email, and phone) with us.

We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or government IDs through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel your appointments.
  • To respond to your questions and requests.
  • To send you newsletters, wellness information, and occasional offers you have asked to receive.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website.
  • To measure the performance of our advertising and to reach people who may be interested in our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our website and scheduling work, and only as needed:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting and storage of booking and contact submissions.
  • Google Calendar — to create and manage your appointment on our schedule.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — for advertising and lead forms, as described below.
  • Email delivery providers — to send appointment confirmations and newsletters.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our clients, our practice, or the public.

4. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Meta platforms. When you engage with one of our ads or lead forms, Meta may provide us with the contact details you submitted so we can follow up with you. We may also use Meta’s tools to measure ad performance and to show our ads to people with similar interests.

Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings, and you can unsubscribe from our follow-up messages at any time.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your appointment history, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove information that identifies you.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access or correction — request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Unsubscribe — opt out of newsletters at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
