You lie back in a soft-sided chamber while the pressure rises gently above normal. Then you rest. Some people read in there. Most fall asleep. Sessions run about 60 minutes, and the hour of enforced stillness might be the rarest thing on the whole menu.
What to Expect
Your ears feel the pressure change the way they do on a plane, and I show you how to equalize before you get in. After that it’s quiet. Clients describe coming out feeling rested and clear-headed, the way you feel after a genuinely good nap.
I keep the claims for this one modest on purpose. Mild hyperbaric is a low-pressure wellness session, not the medical-grade hyperbaric treatment used in hospitals for specific conditions. What I offer is a calm, oxygen-rich rest. That’s the honest description, and it happens to be a good one.
Inside the Larger Protocol
I often schedule mHBOT next to SomaVeda® bodywork or an infrared sauna session. Come off the mat relaxed, then spend an hour in the chamber doing nothing at all. For most people that’s the first full hour of rest they’ve had in months.
These services are traditional bodywork and wellness practices, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult your physician for medical concerns.
