Mission: Your Healing
Traditional Bodywork.
Drug-Free by Design.
Most people walk in expecting a massage. What they get is deeper: slow, assisted Thai Yoga that works the body's energy lines, on a mat, fully clothed, nothing rushed.
They come in tight, guarded, worn down from carrying it all. They leave looser and calmer, like something finally let go.
That's the work. No quick fix, no miracle. Steady, hands-on care that helps your body do what it already knows how to do.
Everything here runs through SomaVeda®, an integrated Indigenous healing system that pairs sacred Thai Yoga bodywork with modern non-invasive equipment. Your body already knows how to heal. Most of the time it needs someone to stop getting in the way.
The Work
SomaVeda® Therapy
You're on a mat, fully clothed. No oil, no table. I work the sen lines: Sen Sumana down the midline, Sen Ittha and Pingkhala along the spine. Indigenous Traditional Thai Medicine has mapped these pathways for over 2,500 years. People walk in expecting a massage. They get something closer to being reorganized from the inside out. This is sacred bodywork rooted in Classical Ayurveda, Indigenous Thai Yoga, and Native American healing traditions. The Thai call it "ráksãa thaang nûat phaen boran," the ancient way of healing with the hands. Every technique comes through direct lineage training under Ajahn Dr. Anthony James, the grandmaster of SomaVeda Integrated Traditional Therapies®. Sessions run several hours because a 60-minute slot doesn't cut it when you're unwinding years of locked-up tension and fascia. Authorized under the Native American Indigenous Church and protected in all 50 states.
Far Infrared Therapy
Far infrared heat warms the body deeper than a regular sauna, at a temperature you can actually sit in. You sweat, tight muscles loosen, and the day's tension starts to let go. Most people come out feeling calm, loose, and ready to sleep well.
mHBOT Oxygen Therapy
You lie back in a gently pressurized chamber and breathe concentrated oxygen. That's the whole job. Athletes build it into recovery routines. Most people find the sessions deeply restful and walk out feeling clear-headed and refreshed.
PEMF Therapy
The PULSE XL Pro delivers pulsed electromagnetic fields you feel as a steady, rhythmic thump. No needles, nothing invasive. Professional athletes use it on recovery days. Sessions are short, and most people call them relaxing in a way that's hard to explain until you try it.
Vibration Therapy
Ten minutes on the LifeTime Vibe® platform gets the whole body gently moving with zero impact on the joints. Athletes use whole-body vibration on recovery days. It's an easy add-on to any session, and it feels better than a foam roller ever will.
Certification Training
Real SomaVeda® training, not a weekend workshop. Direct lineage instruction under Ajahn Dr. Anthony James through the Thai Yoga Center and the NAIC Seminary. You graduate with hands-on clinical skill, the NAIC credential, and the legal authorization to practice Indigenous therapeutic medicine.
Ayurveda
A tri-dosha constitutional assessment reveals your exact imbalances. Vata, Pitta, Kapha. Why the same diet that works for someone else makes you worse. Classical Ayurveda matched to your body type, not a generic chart. Nutrition, herbs, and sacred food chosen for your constitution.
The Difference
Is the Results
Physical therapists book sessions here for their own backs. Chiropractors come in when they want real work done. Word gets around.
That's just Tuesday around here.
I use SomaVeda® Thai Yoga alongside the PULSE XL Pro PEMF, infrared therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen. The body sometimes needs more than one way in.
Members tell me they sleep deeper, think clearer, and move easier. Then they book again.
NAIC Authorized Practice
Religious therapeutic medicine with legal protection and 5,000 years of lineage behind it.
Advanced Technology
PEMF, infrared, HBOT, and vibration therapy combined with sacred bodywork.
Direct Lineage Training
Trained under Ajahn Dr. Anthony James, grandmaster of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga therapy.
Tyler Singleton
Authorized NAIC Minister. SomaVeda® Certified Practitioner. The guy physical therapists call when their own backs act up.
I train under Ajahn Dr. Anthony James, the grandmaster of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga therapy. These skills take decades. I decided early on I wasn't going to do anything else until I had them.
Natural Wellness Solutions in Brooksville is where I practice. People walk in tight and walk out moving easier. Some feel better than they have in years. Either way, they come back.

What is SomaVeda® Integrated Traditional Therapies?
SomaVeda® is the authorized Indigenous, traditional, Christ-centered medicine system adopted by the Native American Indigenous Church (NAIC). It draws from Classical Ayurveda, Indigenous Thai Traditional Medicine (ITTM), Native American healing practices, and Christian Monastic Medicine.
Rather than focusing on disease and symptoms, SomaVeda® looks at the whole person and works with natural law: physical, mental, and spiritual. The system holds that spirit, mind, body, and nature cannot be separated. Their functions overlap and depend on each other.
As the Thai Yoga Center teaches: "All yoga can be therapeutic, but not all yoga is yoga therapy." SomaVeda® is that therapy. It works privately, hands-on, with each person's unique body type, history, and needs.
I'm not religious. Do I have to join a "church"?
Common question. The NAIC is not a church in the way most people think of one. There are no Sunday services to attend. No sermons. No dress code. No pressure to believe anything specific.
The NAIC is a tribal organization whose mission is to protect and preserve Indigenous medicine. It was established to keep 5,000 years of sacred healing traditions alive. People of any faith, any background, any belief system are welcome to join.
Think of membership the way you'd think of belonging to a credit union instead of a big bank. It's a private association that protects both you and your practitioner, giving you access to healing modalities that aren't available to the general public.
The "church" designation is what provides legal protection under the First Amendment and the American Indian Religious Freedom Act. It is the reason this medicine can be practiced freely in all 50 states, the way it was always meant to be practiced.
What are the benefits of NAIC tribal membership?
NAIC membership opens a private domain of traditional care:
- Access to Indigenous healing modalities not available to the general public
- Religious therapeutic services protected under the First Amendment
- Practitioner–member privacy within a private association
- Christian Science Practitioner services, HSA authorized (see IRS Publication 502)
- Community connection with a UN WHO DESA recognized Indigenous organization
- 50% discount on all services for veterans and first responders
- Your family can join with you
Membership is $15 per year, renewed annually, less than a single copay. The fee may be waived by the church at their discretion. Enrollment is simple and is handled during your initial consultation.
What should I wear to my session?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting, or stretchy clothing that allows a full range of motion: yoga pants, athletic wear, or anything you can move freely in. Unlike Western massage, you remain fully clothed throughout your session. Avoid jeans, belts, heavy zippers, or anything restrictive. The bodywork involves deep stretching, so you need to be able to move.
How should I prepare for my session?
- Don't eat heavy meals right before your session. The bodywork involves deep compression, stretching, and abdominal work. A light meal 1–2 hours beforehand is ideal.
- Hydrate well with water before and especially after your session. Deep bodywork is physical work, and water helps you feel good afterward.
- Turn your phone off or leave it in your car if possible. This work is deeply meditative for both practitioner and receiver. Distractions diminish the therapeutic effect. You'll get more out of the session when your mind is fully present.
- Come with an open mind. The session may include prayer, mindfulness, and energy work alongside the physical bodywork. Being receptive to the process, even if it's new to you, is part of the work.
What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. When you don't show, no one else can fill that spot. No-shows and late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged the full session fee.
If you are in an active protocol (such as a multi-day therapeutic series), missed sessions must be repurchased. Protocol days are sequenced for a reason: each session builds on the previous one. Skipping disrupts your healing timeline and compromises results.
Genuine emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. We understand life happens. Just communicate with us.
What is a "Therapeutic Day" and how does it work?
A SomaVeda® Therapeutic Day is not a single treatment. It is a structured protocol of up to seven unique sessions, each with a different focus: Supine, Side Lying, Prone, Abdomen, and Seated positions. The practitioner uses hands, feet, knees, and elbows to apply rhythmic compression, deep stretching, and therapeutic yoga postures along the body's Sen (energy) lines.
Your first visit begins with a thorough intake assessment: case history, Ayurvedic constitutional (Tri-Dosha) evaluation, and clinical screening, all used to tailor the protocol to you. Curious about your constitution? Take the free dosha quiz.
Each session builds on the previous one. People often walk in tight and guarded and leave looser and moving easier. No magic. A precisely sequenced system refined over thousands of years.
What conditions do people come here for?
People come to feel better in their body: everyday muscle tension and stiffness, nagging back and neck tightness, stress, poor sleep, limited range of motion, sports recovery, and the general wear of a hard-working life.
Published clinical research on traditional Thai massage reports reduced musculoskeletal pain, greater flexibility and range of motion, and lower perceived muscle tension (systematic review, 2015).
These services are traditional bodywork and wellness practices, not medical care, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Consult your physician for medical concerns.
Athletes come in for recovery. Executives come in to stay sharp under load. Plenty of people come in because they're tired of feeling worn down. Book a session and see for yourself.
What technologies do you use alongside the bodywork?
Each technology is chosen during your assessment to fit your session plan:
Pulsed electromagnetic fields you feel as a gentle, rhythmic thump
Deep, penetrating warmth for sweating and relaxation
Concentrated oxygen in a gently pressurized chamber, deeply restful
Ten minutes of gentle whole-body movement, easy on the joints
Red light sessions for warmth, comfort, and relaxation
Is this covered by insurance?
Our services are religious therapeutic practices under the NAIC, not conventional medical treatments, so they are not billed through standard health insurance. However, NAIC Christian Science Practitioner services are HSA-authorized (see IRS Publication 502, Medical and Dental Expenses).
Because these are wellness and religious therapeutic services, not conventional medical treatment, they're paid out of pocket rather than billed to health insurance. Keep any care and medications your physician has prescribed. This work sits alongside them, not in place of them.
What is the NAIC and why does it matter?
The Native American Indigenous Church (NAIC) is a federally registered, UN WHO DESA recognized Native American tribal organization. It was established to provide community service, education, spiritual fellowship, sacred medicine, and healing.
The NAIC exists because Indigenous medicine was under threat. For centuries, powerful systems tried to eliminate these healing traditions. The NAIC's mission is to protect, promote, and preserve 5,000 years of sacred healing knowledge and make it legally accessible to everyone who needs it.
Your practitioner's NAIC authorization means they are trained and certified under the lineage of Ajahn Dr. Anthony James, grandmaster of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga therapy. It is the spiritual and legal foundation that allows Indigenous medicine to be practiced as it was intended: in all 50 states, without interference.
Do you offer discounts for veterans and first responders?
Yes. Natural Wellness Solutions offers 50% discounts on all services for veterans, active-duty military, police, firefighters, and first responders. These are the people who put their bodies on the line for others. The least we can do is help them heal. Contact us for details.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on you: your body, your history, and your goals. Some people feel a big difference after a single Therapeutic Day. Others with long-standing tension do better with a multi-day protocol.
Your initial assessment will give us a clear picture. We'll lay out a recommended plan and you'll know exactly what to expect before committing. We don't upsell. We tell you what the body needs and let the results speak for themselves.
Is this safe? Are there any risks?
Everything we do is 100% non-invasive. No drugs. No surgery. No needles. The SomaVeda® system specifically avoids techniques and substances that interfere with the natural order. That's built into the tradition itself.
All services begin with a professional assessment to determine the right approach for your specific situation. Your practitioner is NAIC authorized, trained in clinical evaluation, and understands contraindications. The work is as safe for the practitioner as it is for the receiver. That's how it was designed.
Walk In Tight.
Walk Out Loose.
The body already knows the way back. It needs the right hands and steady work. Start with one session.
