Tyler Singleton
Physical therapists come to me when their own backs are stiff. Chiropractors book sessions when they want real work done on themselves.
I don't say that to sound impressive. I say it because it's what happens, and it tells you something about what this work can do when it's done right.
The Training
I train under Ajahn Dr. Anthony James, the grandmaster of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga therapy. He's been developing this system for decades, drawing from Indigenous Thai healing traditions that go back thousands of years. The training is intensive and specific. You don't learn general techniques. You learn exactly why each movement, each line, each pressure point does what it does.
Ajahn Dr. Anthony James, direct lineage holder of SomaVeda® Thai Yoga
Working alongside Dr. James directly changed what I'm able to do for people. There's a difference between someone who studied a modality and someone who was trained by the person who carries the lineage. That difference shows up on the table.
The Practice
Natural Wellness Solutions in Brooksville is where I work. SomaVeda® Thai Yoga bodywork is the foundation, but the practice also includes the PULSE XL Pro PEMF, far infrared therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, and whole-body vibration.
The bodywork is the core, and it has published research behind it. A systematic review of clinical trials found traditional Thai massage was associated with reduced chronic pain, greater flexibility, and lower perceived muscle tension, while noting more research is needed on longer-term effects. The devices are there for comfort: gentle warmth, a calm oxygen-rich rest, quiet stimulation. They round out a session. They don't replace the hands.
Why I Do This
I watched people I care about live tight, tired, and stressed, and treat it as normal. Nobody had put hands on them. Nobody had asked how they sleep, how they move, how they carry their stress.
Traditional bodywork starts there. It's been practiced for thousands of years. I decided to learn it properly and make it available here in Brooksville, alongside whatever care your doctor provides, never instead of it.
If that sounds like what you're looking for, call me. Or start with a free tour and sample session. We'll figure it out.
