Mobile Thai Yoga Bodywork, Brought To Your Door
Traditional SomaVeda® Thai Yoga bodywork in your own living room. We bring the mat, the linens, and twenty years of lineage training. You bring a patch of floor and the good sense to not drive anywhere afterward.
Serving Brooksville, Spring Hill, Lutz, Land O'Lakes, Odessa, Wesley Chapel, and North Tampa
Why the best session you will ever have happens at home
Here is the quiet problem with every great bodywork session you have ever had: the drive home. You spend an hour or two being carefully unwound, your nervous system finally lets its guard down, and then you buckle into traffic on SR-54 and undo a third of it before you reach your driveway.
A mobile session deletes that problem. The work ends, and you are already home. You can lie on the mat an extra ten minutes. You can go straight to the couch, the bath, or bed. People consistently tell us the same session lands deeper at home, and the reason is not mystical: the body relaxes further in its own territory, and it keeps what it gained because nothing interrupts the landing.
There is a practical side too. No arranging childcare for a two-hour window plus driving. No showing up tense from being late. Couples and families book back-to-back sessions on one visit. And if getting out of the house is genuinely hard, because of age, recovery, a packed schedule, or a body that fights you, the practice simply comes to you, the way traditional practitioners have worked for most of history.
If you found this page searching for a massage at home near you: what we bring is related but different. SomaVeda® Thai Yoga is traditional mat-based bodywork, fully clothed, no oil, no table, built from assisted stretching and sustained pressure along the body's sen lines. People who have had both usually say it reaches places a table session never did. The full story is on our SomaVeda® Thai Yoga page and in our open research library.
How a home visit works
1
Book online
Pick a service and time at /book. You confirm your exact location on a map pin so we arrive at the right door, never the wrong driveway.
2
We arrive and set up
Setup takes about ten minutes: traditional mat, fresh linens, and a calm corner of whatever room you choose. A seven by five foot patch of floor is plenty.
3
The session
Fully clothed, on the mat, unhurried. Assisted stretching, sustained pressure, breath. The same lineage work, in your own space.
4
We pack out, you stay
We leave the room the way we found it. You stay exactly where the session left you: home, loose, and done for the day.
Honest travel pricing, no surprises
Sessions cost the same as they always have: a 60-minute SomaVeda® Thai Yoga session is $135, or $105 for your first, with the full menu on the pricing page. Travel is included within 25 miles of Brooksville. Beyond that, a clear per-mile travel fee is shown at booking before you pay a cent, so the price you see is the whole price.
Launch special: travel is free for your entire first month as a client, anywhere in our corridor. If you have been curious about the work, this is the cheapest it will ever be to find out at your own address.
Booking flexibly saves real money: sessions that fit neatly along the day's route earn a discount, and the booking page shows those slots first. If you need one exact time at one exact place, we come anyway, and the price simply reflects the drive honestly.

Mobile session questions
How much space do you need in my home? +
A clear patch of floor about seven feet by five feet, roughly the footprint of a queen bed. Living rooms, bedrooms, lanais, and home gyms all work. We bring the traditional mat, fresh linens, and everything else.
What does a mobile session cost? +
The same as our regular rates: a 60-minute SomaVeda® Thai Yoga session is $135, and $105 for your first. Travel is included within 25 miles of Brooksville; past that, a transparent per-mile travel fee shows at booking before you pay. Right now, as a launch special, travel is free for your entire first month as a client.
What should I wear or prepare? +
Comfortable, stretchy clothing; you stay fully clothed the whole session. Skip a heavy meal in the hour before. That is the entire list. No shower, no oil, no mess to clean up afterward.
What about pets and family? +
Pets are welcome to be curious, and plenty of sessions happen with a dog supervising from the couch. If a pet is likely to join the session on the mat, most people close a door. Family members are welcome to book back-to-back sessions on the same visit; it saves everyone the travel.
How far will you travel? +
Our regular corridor runs from Brooksville and Spring Hill down the Suncoast to Lutz, Odessa, Land O’Lakes, Wesley Chapel, and North Tampa, plus Sarasota around class weekends. Farther is possible: the booking system quotes travel honestly and you decide if it is worth it.
Is this a massage? +
It is traditional Thai Yoga bodywork, sometimes called Thai Yoga massage: mat-based, fully clothed, no oil, built from assisted stretching and sustained pressure along the sen lines. If you searched for a massage at home, this is the deeper, older cousin of what you had in mind.
Do I need a membership? +
Yes. All services are provided through the NAIC ministry to members; membership is $15 per year and covers your family. It takes about five minutes online and protects both you and your practitioner.
Is my address kept private? +
Yes. Your location is used for scheduling and navigation only, is never shared, and never appears in any public page or analytics.
